The aim of this thesis was to create a completion to an existing beseda house in Vyškov. The proposal solves the space in the place of the loopholes created during the 20th century and the attractiveness of the entrance to the city center in this part of the urban conservation area. The proposal in this area favors a pedestrian passage with parking spaces only for employees of nearby buildings, employees and theater workers of the beseda house and potentially for residents. The car park is moved to the rectory (house number 2). The designed building respects the connection to the height of the floors and the height division of the facade of the neighboring house of the new object. Beseda house consists of many functions which implies that there is a high burden for this building in its current state. The completion refills by a new house with a new hall with foyer, facilities for employees and members of the theater association and also operate as a multifunctional object. The proposal is divided into 3 phases. The first phase solves the traffic situation in Kostelní street and also deals with the continuity not only of the new object, but even with of the surrounding buildings, including the market store and residential buildings in this place. In the second phase, the new building is realized with minimal disruption of the present beseda house. The third phase discuss the nearby surroundings and landscaping in close proximity to the building and allows for a sufficient pre-space for the scattered surfaces before entering the newly designed building. The third phase is connected with modifications in an existing beseda house - moving of hygienic equipment to the new building and enlarging the foyer.

By submitting a bachelor's thesis is a draft of a civic construction of a discussion house with a hall for four hundred to six hundred people on the land of the car park adjacent to the existing house of the house. In this solution the building also uses the second car park next to the two-storey skeleton of the market. It bridges it with the wreath of the secondary halls supported by the Stoic groupings, which allows it to continue to use the areas with the original intent. This allows access to the market area, the passage of vehicles serving the courtyard and the safe passage of citizens. It also forms a semi-public space allowing a peaceful gait and grouping of visitors. It does not create another smaller propulsion of the city's core, but it complements and consolidates through a number of floors the block building of the center. It also responds to different height levels of the block itself, where it calls the ridge of the original beside scene and mirrors the dominance of the opposite church. The motif of the Renaissance palace courtyard is reflected in the foyer, which is oversized and offers a view of the monumental staircase leading to the hall itself. Besides the main hall with the gallery, the house is equipped with a test room / gym, small conference hall, bar and commercial spaces. This building attempts to respond to its neoracionalistic facade of the two neighboring buildings and to make the overall atmosphere of the place.

The plot is located in the very center of the town of Vyskov, in the perfect connection of the main pedestrian hub on Masaryk Square. This is an extension of the loose gap following the shield facade of the existing house of the house. The orientation of the parcel is northeast. The plot is located on the pedestrian passage through the main square, where I create a park with a paved area. The new building is adjacent to the parish church of the Assumption of the Virgin Mary, a baroque chateau and an object of the shopping center. The proposed object stops the vacant loop with the slate wall of the existing beseda house, creating the corner between Kostelní street and the pedestrian corridor from Masaryk square. The building itself has 5 above-ground floors, with terraced ramps to the raised corners of the building with the possibility of using roofs. The building is a structural reinforced concrete skeleton with monolithic beams and stiffening cores. The façade is a double-ventilated solution with internal glazing and an outer sheath made of stone, semi-transparent blocks mounted on metal frames. The construction is based on a base plate with feet under the support pillars. To prevent the foundations of the existing house of the house from being interrupted, the pillars of the pillars are separated by two meters from the house and the individual boards are monolithically insulated. The construction height of the floor is 4.5 m. 4 m clearance height 0.5 m floor composition for keeping the floors connected and connecting the old building with the new building. In the connecting part of the existing building there is a reconstruction and modernization. The connection of both objects is by means of a rubber expansion joint. The technical background of the building is located at the site of the building. The heating of buildings is solved by means of an air heat pump located on the roof with both air heating and cooling function. As an additional heating system there is an electric underfloor heating, which is a suitable solution due to the location of the photovoltaic power plant on the roof. The air exchange is solved by means of recuperation. The outlets are led by a shaft into individual floors, where they are led by the technical part of the building and then projecting in the soffit. Water heating is solved by solar panels located on the roof of the building with the possibility of water heating by electric energy. The produced energy is stored in the tanks and then distributed to the building. Rainwater is drawn into the sewer and is not used in any way. Escape routes are the main staircase with a fire safety lift, a staircase with a lift for the halls and the existing vertical communications of an existing house. Public lighting is designed with the illuminated joint of the front facade of the building, which creates a pleasant light effect. Parking space is provided in the vicinity of the building on Masaryk Square, next to the parks and the nearby parking spaces.
